- Application :

After both parents (if applicable) have completed their parts of the application, the Vice-Chair of our Board of Members will reach out to schedule an interview and will contact your references.
- Interview :
During your interview, you will meet with three of the members of the Board so that we can get to know each other and so that you can ask any questions you may have. We will also discuss in which area you would be interested in serving.
After the Board has had a chance to discuss, someone will reach out regarding the Board’s decision. If your membership is approved, we will also send information regarding creating a login for the website and other details about next steps. You will also be added to the FFC Newsletter email list and GroupMe group so that you will be kept up to date on all of FFC’s activities.
- Registration :
Once you have created a website login and it has been approved, you will be able to register for classes when registration opens to new members.
You can find a video that shows how to find all of the information you will need for choosing classes here. You can find a video showing how the registration process works here. And once registration opens to new members for the upcoming trimester, you will be able to register using this form. You will pay the family trimester registration fee and any class fees during the registration process. You will need to purchase any textbooks required for the classes you choose separately.
- Orientation :
If you are joining during the Fall trimester, there will be an Orientation & Welcome event before the beginning of the school year. The date for this event will be sent out in the FFC Newsletter, so be sure to check that every week.
If you are joining during the Winter or Spring trimester, someone from our Member Care Team will meet you at 8:00am the morning of the first day of the trimester so that they can help you locate your classes and show you your family basket, the co-op mailbox, etc.
